I recently visited Tim Hortons in Toronto and had an absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was abysmal, with the staff showing a complete lack of interest in helping me. I tried to take advantage of a promotional offer for a sandwich and coffee for $5.49, but the discount didn't work in the app. When I asked for assistance at the cashier, I was met with incompetence and apathy. The cashier was unable to resolve the issue and simply repeated the payment options without even attempting to address my concerns. I was forced to pay almost $9 instead of the advertised $5.49, leaving me feeling ripped off and incredibly dissatisfied. The complete lack of willingness to assist customers is shocking and unacceptable. It's clear that the staff at this Tim Hortons have no regard for customer satisfaction or honoring their own promotions. The level of service at this Tim Hortons is disgraceful and reflects poorly on the entire brand. I've never encountered such incompetence and indifference in any other establishment, even in third world countries. It's a shame that the people of Toronto have become accustomed to such substandard service. I will never be returning to this Tim Hortons and will be sure to share my negative experience with others. Avoid this location at all costs if you value good service and integrity.

The customer service Is bad. The staff gives attitude towards Me specifically and all the other customers. There Is no need to give customers attitude especially if you work a minimum wage job. More related to me, one of the crew members walks to the back room to pull a phone out and show me a lady cooking food but they never show me footage of her giving me the food. What I'm saying in simple terms, is that you are accusing me of nothing you have zero proof. Also from time to time they miss my orders. I pay good money to get my items and for other people. If you guys struggle with big orders I highly suggest you guys hire more staff because this is horrible service that I've seen. Staff doesn't even apologize and they want me to apologize to them. I can see why they are unhappy

I always go to eat food in your restaurant and well I came from working outdoors in construction and I looked dirty from work and I asked to go into your bathroom and one of the employees didn't let me in because he wanted me to leave my backpack outside the bathrooms And if I got angry with him, he thought, he thought I had drugs in my backpack, but I'm not a drug addict and he didn't let me eat my food at his restaurant. Bad service. I passed on my complaint. I've traveled to several cities here in Canada and no one has treated me like that. This employee please pay more attention to whoever hires that happened today I have always entered with my backpack and they have never said anything to me they judge the person by their appearance I am an engineer in my country and I am not a drug addict or alcoholic
