Beautiful place in wonderful location. the platform 2 is located in the beautiful metro station tynemouth (a former Victorian railway station). gasthahn (beer, ale cider) and a brilliant spiritual selection are always in offer. the platform 2 is a must for anyone who lives near the subway or is on holiday. as a bonus they offer a large selection of board games, an old-fashioned plate duke box and local cakes. if they are somewhere with access to the subway, they need to see this great and relaxed drinking experience.

Cracking micro pub on tynemouth metro station. well kept ales and great melodies on the free jukebox. friendly girl behind the bar, but the owner didn't seem to be a human? Maybe he had a bad day.
