Disgusting eating please avoid! about price and the owner has a shameful attitude, how is this place still open!

The service speed was slightly slower than I would like to see in a fast food establishment. While there was a few orders being made up, for what I ordered I waited a bit to long. Staff were friendly and covid19 safe. The chicken was...tasty and had a good level of flavour. The peri peri chips could have been mixed better rather than just the peri peri threw on the few chips at the top. I would return, but would order for collection, rather than a walk-in takeaway.

Food is okay but the customer service is absolutely shocking. Terrible attitude from the guy who answers the phone. He uses the words “ready within half an hour” without even thinking how long it will take to be ready. It is NEVER ready within half...a hour. This guy will be the END of this place. What an absolute plonker. My last experience here was literally my LAST for this place!! Never going back!!

As we walked in the staff were rude to us we then proceeded to sit down on dirt seats when we finally got our food it was disgusting also I watched them go to the bathroom and not clean their hands it should be shut...down immediately

Absolutely disgusted at the way my children were treated in the shop today. My son came down with his friends they range from 9 to 12 for his 12th birthday treat. The owner made all of them other than my son stand outside in the...pouring rain (storm Dennis weekend). When I called to complain the owner did not apologise as apparently it’s his policy to make kids (but not adults) stand outside, this is discrimination. In addition I did not receive an apology I was told it was my fault and asked did I have nothing better to do. We get takeout from there every week but never again will I or any of my family give business to this place.
