This place is pretty incredible! I went in to buy something for my mom because she is obsessed with Christmas. I ended up looking around for awhile and got an iced mocha. The staff was incredible and so nice. The sweetest lady ever helped me with picking out the right card for my mom and the deed to send her. I went back in to send someone else a card and Nick helped me. He was awesome too and so helpful. Highly recommend stopping at this place.

The Santa Claus House in North Pole AK was awesome! I could have stayed for hours looking thru all the marvelous items they have. They even have a small snack/cafe area. They have an ABUNDANCE of everything- clothing, ornaments, Nutcrackers, postcards so on. Santa Mrs. Claus was there as well. If you are in the area or have a chance to visit, I highly recommend stopping in. Don't pass on visiting with Santa's reindeer next door (beautiful animals).

We went expecting a nice place to see Christmas items. At our surprise, the place was over the top with items that you couldn't even dream of. It was like putting everything you love about Christmas in one place.. oh wait, it is the North Pole. And what really makes you feel welcome and part of the adventure is the fine staff. Oh, so helpful and was very knowledgeable about the items there. I dealt with three fantastic ladies. That I would love to mention by name. JAYDEN, ALICIA,SIERRA. These ladies were the sweetest people in the store. Well, that could be that they were matched to their jobs. They worked in the sweetshop ice cream shop, so that makes everyone sweeter. The people make this place. I know that these three ladies bring a Christmas cheer to the place. Thank you from Tennessee..

The Santa clause house is really cool. They have Santa themed stuff all year long, and the house feels very welcoming. This was a really nice place to visit. They also have a cafe where you can buy Christmas themed drinks and deserts. There’s also some decorations outside, but I was totally blown away by the stuff inside

Who knew there was a North Pole in Alaska! It’s a town near Fairbanks which has adopted the Christmas theme. If you love Christmas then this is for you. An incredible selection of Christmas decorations and paraphernalia, plus you can meet Santa and Mrs Claus. Another cool thing is you can order a letter from Santa to be sent to a friend or family member.
