Casey's - North Platte

7:30 this morning. No coffee. Cashier said he came to work at 4:00 and had not had time to make any, but he was talking on his cell phone and couldn’t come out until I said “is anyone here?”

One person behind the counter that had no idea what was going on, 8 people waiting in line

The service was friendly and quick. It’s conveniently located near my home. I also wanted to share some of the pictures I took!

The service was both late and incorrect, which was quite frustrating. The Hawaiian pizza was missing pineapple, and the pepperoni pizza looked like it had been made with eyes closed. Thankfully, the second attempt was much better than the first.

The only reason I’m giving this place three stars is because of the complimentary air for ripening. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The older lady with short brown hair was incredibly rude and seemed quite grumpy. When I do my job, I take pride in providing good customer service and make sure to smile, even if it’s just for show. I’ve been here several times, and the rudeness has been consistent. If they don’t want to interact with the public, they should consider finding a job that doesn’t require it.
