Black Pepper - North Merrick

I ordered the pepper chicken burgers and found them to be excessively salty. I let the owner know about the issue and hope that they will address it. Unfortunately, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

We ordered tacos and a burrito at this restaurant. The service was fast and the food was made fresh. The portions of the tacos were quite big, but the burrito seemed small in comparison. The sauces they provided were tasty. If you are in the area and craving Mexican food, it's a good spot to stop by. I gave it three stars due to the prices, which I found to be expensive, especially since it's more of a takeout place with limited seating. I should mention that I am not familiar with the Long Island/New York area, so my cost comparison may be off. The best deal here is the two tacos and chips for $13.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. The food was precooked and reheated, overly salty, and the appetizers were small. The fajitas did not have chicken strips as expected, but instead had diced chicken. Additionally, there was no mention that the dish would have pre-melted cheese on top, which ended up tasting like rubber by the time it was delivered. When I called to order, the restaurant claimed they did not offer delivery, but their website indicated otherwise. They only provided two tiny tortillas for a large plate of chicken, and the avocado was brown. There were no options to customize or request specific items on the menu. The restaurant should probably consider a complete makeover, as it might improve the taste of their food.

Ordered here for the first time today. Food was disgusting. Could have made better myself. Waste of 30 dollars

Great customer service! Management team is very helpful when there are any issues. Food was excellent and high quality.
