Don?t pay for extra meat, extra pickles, extra something because odds you are not getting it. Staff are friendly, but they do not pay attention to order details. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this is an ongoing problem in this place.

Ordered EXTRA pickles for 4 sandwiches. Received 0 pickles total, but paid for them. (sarcastic yay... Seriously though, who is paying attention to the details in this place? Clearly no one in the shop. The food is good. The staff needs guidance and management. I hate that the customer service is so awful when this is prob the best sandwich shop in this area. I'm hoping my words are received by the owners and they realize what a problem they truly have. Reading other reviews, I know I am not the only person voicing my concerns here. YOU COULD HAVE A BETTER BUSINESS! Just saying...

Amazing sandwiches, great prices with outstanding customer service!!

The sandwich is good but the service was not the best. It took entirely too long for them to make my sandwich. I walked in and I was the only customer and placed my order at 5:12 and I walked out at 5:30. When I walked in all 3 workers were huddled together talking. I believe one of the ladies was a manager. The minute I place my order one girl starts making what I think is my sandwich. No it?s an online order. I don?t know why they were huddled together talking when they could?ve been making that person?s sandwich so I wouldn?t have to wait. So I guess they have a bunch of online orders coming in because the girl behind the register helps. I don?t know if she changed her gloves after she was at the register touching the keys and taking money but I pray she did because she helped make my order. I don?t feel like I?m being dramatic. It should not take more than 10min when there is no one else in the restaurant to make a sandwich. The sandwich tasted good but the service was lacking. I guess next time I?ll order online instead of going inside. Also I just realized as I eat my sandwich that I asked for pickles and mustard on the sandwich and they did not it on the sandwich.

The food is worth the price. The service is good and the dishes are served hot.
