Roasted Coffeehouse - North Kansas City

Stayed 1 night at Harrah's Kansas City; have been visiting this property for several years. First, thank you for comping out room. But, room 412, and others we have recently stayed in at this property are in serious need of an upgrade. The carpet is stained and buckling in a few places; a possible dangerous tripping hazard. And why only 1 chair?? I assume most rooms are occupied by more than 1 person. In the past, there were either 2 chairs or a chair and couch. We ordered food at a Harrah's restaurant for in-room dining and I had to eat my meal on the bed. THIS IS SO WRONG!! Only 1 chair also makes it difficult for 2 people to watch television at the same time. Was told 1 chair is the new norm and many people staying there are complaining. PLEASE ADD BACK THE SECOND SEATING OPTION! Bed was comfortable and appeared to be clean.

We had came down for a concert and when we went to our rooms, my sister saw that the air conditioning panel was laying on the floor and there was either ink or blood on the ground. After she was given another room and came back to the hotel to shower she discovered mold in the shower. We had also asked for another towel and was told it would be 15-20 minutes until we would receive it, they never showed up. The rooms also smelled like smoke which we did not like and these rooms caused almost $400 for one night. Don’t think we will ever be staying at a Harrah’s again

Worst bed ever, my toes hung off the bed. Most place have at least one softer/thinner pillow but all of these were thick and hard as a rock. Just one of the worst nights sleep. Everything else was good

The room was filthy, dirty when we went back to the front desk they said there where no more rooms in the LasVegas Tower and offered us another room in the Kansas City Tower. It was a little bit cleaner than the last room but it still sucked no microwave and from the 50s decore.

Why 2 stars: Minimal amenities within the hotel. Hotel Customer service that could use a refresher training To reach a smoke free area in the casino, one must walk thru the smoke for entry and exit. Stained bedsheets
