Little Caesars Pizza - North Hollywood

Terrible terrible customer service! Ordered 1 normal pizza and waited 30 minutes until they say 10 minutes more. Tell them to cancel the order and it took 10 minutes to cancel. After almost an hour with NO FOOD!!!!! she never apologizes or offered something for the inconvenience she sakkkkkkk so bad! And it is careless, I will never be back

So I call in great mood ready to the child rudely puts me on hold and leaves me there for 11 minutes I call back, then she lets me stop for another 7 minutes both times I hear her going back into orders giggling conversation etc. I repeat, hang up and call back, and now they are simply not answering, fortunately I will spend my money differently, where and it sad terrible employees always ruin it for businesses

Nothing much to brag about. Had to get tell the guy three times and making a thick crust pizza. The manager got it straightened out. Pizza taste is so so, and the crazy bread was kind of tasters even with the sauce.

I was excited to try the thin crust pizza since I enjoy their regular pizza so much. The ads that have been playing show a really nice looking thin crust pizza but what I received was horrible. It wasn?t even cut into slices they cut them into squares for some reason even when the pizza is in slices on all the ads and even on the posters at the store. Then the crust is flared up like an inch over the pizza idk why but it is. Gonna go to a different location and hopefully not get a pizza cut into squares.

Disgusting place, and they charge you for things without proving what you have ordered. That's the third time they screw up the order. If I pay extra for cheese and butter on my bread sticks, I expect that. Not like these kids and managers think a business should run. Guess what no customer has no job.
