Sprinkle City Bakery Cafe

Never been there, but today I was given an oatmeal cream sandwich from there.It was so delicious, an adult male asked the pregnant woman where they came from, drove home, googled them, and wanted to leave a review to tell EVERYONE!!!!Bruh, they ain't playing around. They the best!

First time at Sprinkle City Bakery! I was helped by the owners daughter who was so sweet and helpful and very friendly! She helped me navigate through their dessert case based on my likes and made suggestions. I ended up leaving with the new salted caramel apple sandwich, Viennese whirl, chocolate chip peanut butter sandwich, and the buckeye brownie bar. (Salted caramel apple sandwich not shown due to immediately eating it in the car) I will definitely be back!

This is the second time that I’ve had a problem with my order. The first time was roughly a year ago when they gave my order to someone else, but out of respect for me they were kind enough to let me get anything I wanted. The second problem was this weekend. I had ordered a cake for my birthday and yes it looked pretty from the outside, but the inside was absolutely terrible. I had asked for red velvet and what that was I am not sure, because I can guarantee you that was no wear near red velvet. Not only was I not able to cut the cake, but that was definitely not frosting, because all it did was fall right off. You could barely cut through the cake, and all it did was break apart. It was really embarrassing to have to serve that to my guest. The inside was not soft or spongy like a cake should be, it’s was a dough consistency and overall a terrible cake. Really disappointing. Definitely was expecting something a lot better for my money. Not only was I expecting something to be done for me, but they didn’t want to give me a refund because I left a bad review, are you kidding me? Don’t you want to do something to bring costumers back? She even told me that my cake was over mixed and not baked right, this is ridiculous, you’re telling me the mistake you made but won’t give me my money back! Very disappointing! Never getting my business again!

Words are inadequate to describe this exquisite gem of a bakery! Discovered them over a year ago and have stopped in weekly since.Everything from their vegan treats, chocolate chip cookies, cruffins to the scrumptuous scones, croissants and pain au chocolat is so fresh and reminiscent of European bake shops.Short of flying into Paris, you will not find a better croissant! Truly to die for...I have also bought many of their cakes for birthdays and each one received rave reviews from those who enjoyed it.The owners and all of the team members at Sprinkle City are clearly dedicated to offering exceptional fresh baked treats and outstanding customer service!If you have not experienced Sprinkle City Bakery and Cafe, you are truly missing out.

Great friendly staff that was very accommodating. The cake was exactly what we wanted and tasted amazing. A lot of people at our party said it was the best cake they ever had. I would highly recommend Sprinkle City!!
