Haagen-dazs Ice Cream Shop

Be careful. I was charged for the regular size Sunday, and they gave me the small size. (It is the second time it happens, the first time I wasn’t sure, this time I asked for the receipt, because they don’t give it on purpose)

I tried to order through Uber Eats and my order got canceled due to out of stock. Then I edited it to get a new cake, and even though I was overseas, they tried to contact me. The replacement cake was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly nice. I can't thank them enough because this cake was so important to me.

Haagen Daaz has few very good ice creams. I know that their ice creams are expensive even in stores like Shop Rite. However, here in this store, it goes beyond expensive. For the money we pay for one scoop, I can get a quart in other stores. We ordered Dulce Dazzler, Banana split and one small cup ice cream. I did not want banana and whip cream on Dulce Daazler. So it is nothing but a couple of scoops of Dulce de Leche ice cream. Other dazzlers have hot fudge, cookies etc. There was nothing in Dulce Daazler and no recommendations from people working there about other toppings as well.

The lady working in evening shift she is old but she don’t know how to talk she was so aggressive and she don’t know how to handle coustomer owner please seee this will create problems for your business

I'll add a picture the next time I'm there because my delicious dazzler didn't last long enough for a picture! But service was extremely friendly and helpful with all our customized orders.
