Bobby's Apizza - North Branford

The absolute best steak and cheese grinder I've ever had! Been back a few times to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Perfect every time!! Would love to try there other food, but can't get past this sandwich.

This is your typical pizza joint in appearance. Nothing fancy- with a friendly staff and customers who know each other. While we always go to New Haven for pizza...I gotta say- Bobby's Apizza is right up there in taste! Delicious!! The dough is fresh, sauce and toppings are on point. We keep going back...so, we'll probably become one of those customers who will know everybody.

Food is awesome. Service sucks. They got my order wrong... no apologies just an attitude and they remade it and I asked for just a cheese in replace of my meatball and the kid didn't give back the difference. You need the two bucks more than I Do. Last trip out this way!

So years ago, Bobby’s was the absolute best around. Lately, as the prices have gone up, the quality (of both food service) has gone down. Food is very hit or miss. A lot of times they’ll burn the crust of your apizza or the sub roll. Service is also inconsistent. Some waitresses and employees are friendly, some are pretty curt and rude. Also the wait time is always 25 minutes, even if there’s not a single customer in sight lol. Gives them more time to chat, I suppose.
