If lobby is closed then it makes it hard for dashers. From the 5th to the 15th I won't be back to deliver for you. You hurt my tips and I don't get enough. If your Short staffed then pay I'll work but it'll be 20 an hr. Already trained.

Rude! Unprofessional. 2:30 pm on Sat Aug 20th woman claimed to be the manager refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Was so out of line. I asked for a frozen coffee and was given such attitude like I was a problem. Last I checked this was a coffeeplace. I don't even feel comfortable drinking or eating there after that. God only knows what they would do to your food. I'lldrive the extra 11 mins to the next joint.

The line was quite lengthy and it was obstructing traffic, which can be hazardous, particularly given its location in a busy area. However, the staff were helpful and the food was delicious.

I have to say, this is truly the worst coffee I've ever tasted. It would be great if you could provide some training for your staff on how to make drinks properly. Thank you for listening to my thoughts!

Edit: I decided to give them another shot after about five months, but yet again, they messed up my order. They can't seem to handle orders with more than two items, and they don't understand the concept of "light ice." I actually watched them fill the cup half full with ice!
