Sogo Bar - Noosaville

About a year ago, we had a fantastic Guinness and burger at Murphy's. However, due to the pandemic, we hadn't been back until today. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that the burger was now half the size and the portion of chips had been reduced, all at a higher price of $20 plus an additional $2 for a beetroot disc that we thought was included. We arrived at the reserved table at 2 pm only to be told by the waitress that we should have come earlier if we didn't want to wait. We then moved to another pre-booked table, raising the question of whether pubs are actually bookable. We ate and left around 3.25, noting that one of the reserved tables remained unoccupied the entire time. Overall, we were not impressed and don't plan on rushing back as there are plenty of other dining options available. Additionally, my husband was disappointed by the limited menu options and we only discovered the specials after already being seated at our fourth table, a bit too late for our liking.

My partner and I decided to try this restaurant after reading the reviews. We were hopeful that it would be good, but we were mistaken. The bottom of the chicken parmigiana was burnt, overpowering the taste of the imitation chicken. We will not be coming back here, as the service was slow and we left feeling disappointed.

I am always pleased to promote Cornerstone Restaurant. The service is excellent and consistent. For only $6, you can enjoy a delicious golden fries. I highly recommend trying their bierburger lunch special for a tasty and affordable meal.

Recommend this place to everyone, we took the family, excellent eating and drinks. service is top notch!

This pub looks great since the renovation.It has opened the interior up and it looks a lot larger now.I love the wooden bar.The staff are friendly and the food was reasonably priced.Happy hour is between 3.30 and 5.30 for cheap pints.....great spot!!
