Sagar Ratna - Noida

Very bad unhygienic condition Coffee served in unwashed glass. It's like inviting food poising.

Went with family for South Indian dinner. Son opted for Sagar Ratna Special thali which was so so, hardly worth mentioning. Only the papad tasted nice. Other family members opted for different varieties of dosa. They too had the same opinion just average. My dahi bhalla was a shade better. Mosquitos abound. Had taken packed butter masala dosa home one afternoon , a couple of days back, and everyone was very happy. Their paan was out of this world.

Peaceful atmosphere and no rush. Delicious south Indian dishes and filter coffee. Must try idli chat, uttpam, Upma. Politly Served, staff is wellbehaved.

Tasteless Food! Place is looting in the name of the brand. Ordered: Plain Dosa, Rawa Dosa, Veg Biryani, South Indian Thali Dahi Vada. 1) Dosas did not have any taste in it. 2) Chutney did not have any coconut in it. The portion size was about 10 ml Katora. 3) Biryani was not cooked properly. Masalas were still raw. 4) Size of Vada was very small. Dahi was too sweet. 5) Waiter who was taking order was so serious, as if we was just waiting for us to finish, pay money and get out. Overall, Food sold in some to the roadside Thela was better than this. It's not the worth the money they are charging. I doubt other positive reviews given for this restaurant. They may have been bought.

A very rude behavior of staff. I went there and ordered thali , in thali sweet and naan was mention. at the name of sweet they have only halva. I said that please change it with any sweet but they deny and said either eat it or leave it but we can not change it. They serve me plan naan I asked for butter naan and said can pay extra money for butter naan and sweet but please change it. I requested them and go to cash counter, Very arrogant old man at cash counter said that every thing is fix here can not change. at last I paid the amount without having food.
