Ruby was absolutely amazing!! She created the most gorgeous cookie cake for my colleague, and I cannot wait to share it with everyone at work tomorrow!! Thank you so much.

I received a completely undercooked cookie cake from this restaurant. When I returned to request a replacement that is properly cooked, the customer service from management was terrible. They refused to inspect the cake and insisted that the cookie could not be undercooked without even looking at it. I spoke with someone from corporate who was incredibly unprofessional and rude. While I tried to calmly explain the situation, he continuously talked over me and boasted about their sales, claiming that they could never make an undercooked cookie because of their popularity. He offered only a 30% discount on any item as compensation, but I have no desire to purchase from them again after this experience. It was supposed to be a nice Valentine's Day gift from my boyfriend, but unfortunately it was a disappointment.
