Miracle - Niles

Consistently they are THE worst Arbys ever. We were in the drive thru lane for 30 minutes. There were 3 cars ahead of us that were still there 30 minutes later when we finally went inside. Inside there were 4 workers. Zero sense of urgency. One guy checking his iPhone. There was NO ONE waiting in the dining room and it still took 30 minutes. We also saw 4 cars pull out of line and leave. I really thought that we were being punked. So glad a new Arbys is opening soon by us so we never have to go here again. F the owners wonder why there sales are low they just need to spend an hour observing.

I really enjoyed Miracle Restaurant. The staff and chef were exceptionally kind and attentive. I loved all the options on the menu and really liked the bihon. The inside was clean and there was plenty of room and it was bright. It's perfect for a snack, a sweet, a big or small lunch and or dinner. It's going on my list of favorites.
