Kambal Pandesal - Niles

This restaurant in Guadalupe Nuevo is a hidden gem. Although it's not exactly hidden because it's located on Yabut St. which every jeepney passes by on their way back to JP Rizal, not many people know about this local bakery. They serve delicious bread creations that are worth trying. Their pandesal is a standout, named after it, but it's much better quality compared to others in the area. My favorite item is their coffee buns, known as Pan de Kape. They're not like the ones you find in malls or even in Singapore, but they come close to the real thing. They make for a great snack, especially when paired with cream cheese and a glass of cold coffee. Overall, the bakery's treats are worth trying and can be a heavenly experience.
