Had a short stop for coffee cake today. Everything was great, the cakes were very delicious a great friendly young service. I'll be back soon.

Very good food, my daughter was thrilled by the Rumpsteak. Also great view of the ship lift outside super operation!

After an excursion to the ship lift in Finowfurt, this restaurant is worth a visit. From outside rather inconspicuous and in the restaurant you get a rustic, tasty food. From the Wildgulasch to the Hamburger Schnitzel... even the little ones are taken care of. Cosy ambience with fireplace and friendly service!

Its more a heavy caloria temple of food, with a specialty in game meat. The game servings all looked very much home made and huge. Please, do skip coffee, its burnt and quasi undrinkable, but might work post a full lunch for digestion purposes.
