Jenny's Bakehouse Cafe - Nicoma Park

I visited the restaurant last Friday hoping to try their small double layer cake, but unfortunately they were all sold out. The server offered to make one for me with vanilla flavor, saying it would take about 10 minutes. I waited, knowing it would likely take longer, and after 20 minutes she brought me a frosted and lightly decorated cake that looked like something my 4-year-old grandson could have made. The cake was spice flavored and cost $60, which I found to be very overpriced. I was disappointed, but realized that I should have asked about the cost beforehand. In the end, I fed the cake to the birds. The staff were nice, but overall it was not worth it.

The cake and service were both fantastic. They were able to accommodate my last minute request and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you once again!
