Jameson's Pub Cocktail - Niagara Falls

If you are going to charge high end restaurant prices, The provide high end restaurant service. We ordered 2 beers and an appetizer. The staff looked disappointed that we didn't order full meals. But after receiving a poor vibe and looking at the pricing we just felt we didn't want to stay. Again, we were looking forward to a nice meal with great service and would be willing to pay your outrageous prices if the service was over the top. They did not give us cutlery (We had to ask for it) and when the charcuterie board was dropped off she asked if we wanted side plates or just napkins? Why would we even be asked that? With this high end restaurant just bring what we would require. Cutlery, napkins and plates. Service must get better, Our compliments to the kitchen the charcuterie board was delicious.

The food is okay. But not worth the price you pay. The server was really nice.

Lately it seems to be short on staff. Wouldn’t order the hamburger again but everything else has been good in the past

Not the best experience, the server forgot to punch in our appetizers and my drink had a hair in it. The food was very overpriced considering the quality was not that great. This location was good because it was close to the casino and other amenities. I put a note in my reservation that it was a birthday and also sent the restaurant a message but no one responded or did anything to make our experience special for the occasion. Overall we were disappointed.

It’s an excellent place to eat the attention was good
