The Breadbasket - Newton

Everything about excellent furnishings. I went to the bread basket since I was a kid. I'll make it for dinner every time I come home. The staff treats you with nothing but the highest respect if I could give him ten stars, I would!

We always went to the Breadbasket for the German buffet, which was wonderful. This was our first time for a lunch break. What an amazing lunch of Prime Rib Slider, French fries and cakes. Everything was PERFECT!

It was my first time to eat there. The food was good. You make wonderful bread pudding. It is worth getting some homemade cinnamon rolls or fresh bread!

What a wonderful local restaurant! I have half the order of meat with the circumcisions and my wife got the soup and salad. Tastes like Mama's cooking! Very lively place opposite Metcalf sisters antiques and gathering.

We really enjoyed the evening German buffet. The relishes, salads, meats and breads were fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed our beverages, then coffee and dessert. The only thing lacking was some ambiance. It feels like a mom and pop restaurant, which isn't bad, but an accent color on the walls and a lighting upgrade would really take it up a notch.
