Let me just say if I see dust covered vents, which I did, that tells me there's no care about the place. The wait was a bit long. The burgers were decent. Worth it? Eh. A younger gentleman's customer service was really good. But there was a female, who seemed to be in charge, who really seemed like she didn't want to be there. She could benefit from some customer etiquette. We tried it, and that's enough for us. Our first time to eat here was about two years ago (we use to frequent this place). The food was delicious! After a couple of more visits the food, service and cleanliness of the drink bar went downhill. The tea is always sour from sitting out from the day before and the worker's don't seem too thrilled to be working. We are taking a break from Gurty's and might give them another try later on.
