Subway - Newport

Promptly waited on and the food was fresh and delicious! Kindly and timely served.

We placed an order online and said it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. Went in to pick it up and was told they have to take care of people inside first. While he stood there, they continued to take new orders from those walking in after him. Not only did we wait 20 minutes after ordering online to pick it up, but to wait an additional 25 minutes before he finally was able to get his food!! This is horrible service!! I guess our $20-$30 orders mean nothing. If your going to accept orders online, then be sure to honor the time it says it will be ready!! Won't order from here again. Jimmy John's is just down the road.

Ordered through the app, order a 12 inch meatball sub for my husband. They gave me a 6 inch pile of messy mush. Just asked for a refund because my sub made wrong also and the management literally just said whoops sorry. Also the gas station employee made the sub because no one was working at the subway. Ridiculous.

Only boight gas and a Pepsi. Lady behind the counter was friendly.

Friendly staff, food is fresh, prices are reasonable.
