Morrisons - Newport

Went there not busy ,got everything I needed, went to queue and a lovely lady opened a till very friendly.

Nice cafe food is good at the price and the staff are really good.

Very clean and friendly store, staff very attentive and helpful. The only real gripe is why slice the fresh bread on an evening I get that maybe someone will want it sliced but to slice all means a wasted journey especially when only going out to the store for the Salt and Pepper loaf, to then get told it nearly all gets thrown out Sliced)?

We had 'afternoon tea ' today. Initial presentation not as expected. No choice of sandwich fillers. The ham was smoked dislike) Also prawns not to my taste. The cakes were all delicious and fresh. A lovely cup of tea. Egg sandwich fresh and tasty. I suggest checking the selection prior to purchasing.
