Paid around £5 for a large milkshake which is supposed to include 3 scoops of ice cream. The 3 scoops obviously stayed in blender as all i got a cup of milk. The chocolate which i chose to be blended with the ice cream, also must've been stuck in the blender. I was with my girlfriend at the time hers was a thick consistancy and mine was the opposite. So the employee must've noticed mine wasn't to the same standard. Safe to say we won't be going back.

I don’t mind waiting but 14 minutes is an utter joke! The place stinks! The staff are all miserable! To make matters worse there were only 6 people waiting for their order to arrive so the milkshakes should be made in no time. In total there was three staff members, all looked like they hated their jobs. First one took the money and washed up the occasional milkshake mixer, the second just stood there whilst the third was doing absolutely everything else! Just a joke how the young lass was running around whilst the others didn’t care! £3.15 is quite reasonable for an milkshake but not when you have to wait for ages! Will not be returning!

The milkshake was absolutely fantastic! Made even better by the big lumps of chocolate in the bottom! Worth every penny and much better than ice cream! We visited the small box outlet which was unfortunately let down by the fact that the sides hadn’t been wiped down and the floor looked filthy (not sure whether hadn’t been mopped for weeks or needed replacing) On a side note, they had run out of whipped cream, which seems very odd for a business that uses it every day! Also odd they couldn’t just call some in from the bigger outlet.

The exterior and menu was the reason what attracted us. The menu had a great selection, anything you wanted in a milkshake they probably had it. The place itself is quirky and I liked that you could take a menu for future viewing. The staff however were the downfall, they were blunt and just had no conversation making the experience all just seem awkward. It seemed like making a drink was a chore for them even though that’s their job.
