Campanella Modern Italian Cuisine

The Seafood Pasta with scallops and shrimp was excellent. The portion size was generous, and it was cooked perfectly, with fantastic flavors. I wanted to try the Vanilla Crème Brûlée, but it was unavailable, so I opted for the beautiful cream pudding instead. Overall, it's a great place with a lovely atmosphere.

This restaurant was recommended by the staff at the Courtyard down the street. I ordered a $30 NY Strip Steak, but it was mostly gristle—about 80%. We brought this to the server's attention, but nothing was done to address it. If you choose to dine here, I suggest sticking to the pasta dishes instead of any beef options.

This is a really nice restaurant located in a surprisingly hidden area. I would rate it 5 stars if it weren't for the prices (which are more like half a star, so I'll settle on a 4.5). The owners have taken great pride in their cooking and service since they opened in 2007. The portion sizes aren't large, but they are probably just right; however, larger portions at a more reasonable price would be a better fit. The flavors are excellent, and the ingredients are very fresh. The ambiance is pleasant, and the seating is comfortable—definitely not like an Olive Garden. The wine list is impressive, and the prices for the wines are reasonable as well.

Some of the best Italian cuisine I had in a restaurant in a long time. I grew up in and Italian neighborhood bad east and I didn't have food so authentic in a while. I am very picky when it comes to Italian food and this place is authentic. If you're in the area, check it out. Great wine list, too.

Great service and I had a very delicious plate! They were accommodating and let me swap out one pasta sauce for another too, which is always appreciated. I recommend trying this place out!
