Good enough for a sushi fix. But don’t consider this great great sushi. Think of it essentially, a Higher End of Fast Food. A cross between Chipotle and Woodranch BBQ solid tasting food, don’t care about ambience, but not shooting for highest quality or experience. Better than supermarket or deli sushi for sure. But it’s just average sushi restaurants all around. Don’t let the fancy decor fool you. The actual sushi is average. Most of it is precut and simply assembled. I found the lack of professionalism and pride for the art of sushi. Maybe I put sushi restaurants up to too high of a standard. I’m not saying I won’t continue to eat Blue Ribbon, but I’m confessing that I go there thinking it’s a 4 star, but it’s really a Solid 3.
