Today stopped and ordered her Mexican Tofu Burrito. It was very good, but would be much better with vegan cheese. The Lord who took my order was very excited to let me know that they have much more vegan ingredients and a vegan menu by the end of March 2019. The fingers are crossed.

This ice cream serves standard Mexican dishes (Burritos, Tacos, etc. with a healthy edge, with less fat ingredients. You order at the counter, the food is served relatively quickly and there are many places to sit---not imagination, but comfortable. There is a handful of vegetarian items, and also some vegan items - so vegetarians/vegans or health conscious people who like Mexican cuisine will probably like this place. The food tastes good; no complaints - I would go back here.
