Chicken and broccoli has absolutely NO SEASONING just cooked chicken in the water had the nerve to tell me not on LuNCH special so I paid an extra two bucks for unseasoned food. not a dab or salt garlic spice nothing BLAND. Disgusting has no choice but the throw! WILL NOTVRETURN

Your everyday lunch spot could be my staycation extravagance. I enjoyed Yip's once I figured out the multi-floor setup (the buffet is on the lower level and that's wheee you should look). Try the spicy beef, paradise chicken and chicken curry.

Upstairs is quick food. Large portions good prices and good taste. Family style seating. Order at counter and pay there. There is a larger buffet downstairs.

I love this restaurant. The food is price reasonable and taste good. The service by the staff is awesome. My favorite food there is black pepper chicken on tue/ Thurs.

Love the food, especially curry chicken Thursday and the price is affordable.
