Interesting artwork on the walls for sure. We got the burger and the salad, the patty was crusted and crunchy, overall very good and the salad was refreshing as well.
A Timeless SoHo Gem Ah, Raoul’s where the charm of the 1920s envelopes you the moment you step inside. Nestled in the heart of SoHo, this French culinary oasis is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience. A timeless sanctuary where life’s hustle melts away, and for a few delightful hours, you are transported to a bygone era of elegance and panache. The magic lies not just in the ambiance but is palpably evident in each dish that graces the table. Every bite, whether it be the briny freshness of the oysters or the meticulously prepared entrees, exudes consistency and excellence. But what truly elevates the Raoul’s experience is the symphony of service. The hostess, with her welcoming smile, sets the tone, leading us to our jovial French waiter, whose blonde locks and contagious enthusiasm made our evening memorable. He extended the quintessential New York hospitality, allowing us extra moments of cherished conversation. And oh, the busboys! Their keen eye and deft movements ensured our glasses were never empty and our table was always pristine. Raoul’s isn’t just a dinner; it's a performance. The dimly lit interiors, the infectious buzz of satisfied patrons on a Monday night, and the lingering notes of classic tunes make you feel alive in the most quintessential New York way. It's not just a meal; it's nourishment for the soul. Our heartfelt gratitude, Raoul’s, for making every visit a memory etched in gold.
Scallops and steak w fries were great. Definitely recommend those two. Pass on the beet salad and oysters. Super pricey spot. Check menu prices for their tapas style dishes so there's no sticker shock :
I waited for the burger and it wasn’t amazing. I have tried a lot of the other top burgers in NYC and this one wasn’t even close to being as good. The service at the bar was rushed and not helpful. The point of getting tipped is to provide excellent service and I felt like they did the bare minimum to help us. You’re not missing out if you haven’t tried this place. Other than that, the crab cakes were pretty good.
