Little Caesars Pizza - New York

Fast service and delicious pizza. It was pretty good and hot.

I ordered a pure cheese pizza. I noticed the receipt said pepperoni and I asked the checkout to make sure that they did not accidentally open some. She said no and then went back to ask the chefs to make sure they knew. After half an hour of waiting and people who ordered the same thing after I got their food first, I asked if there was a problem. Then she turned around to see the pizza I ordered was all the time behind her. When I checked, there was pepperoni. I told her I was a vegetarian and if I ate it, I would get sick and she started yelling at me and accusing the chefs for HER mistakes. After all, they made my order right. Not worth the terrible service. The only time I was here is always talking in the back instead of taking orders and waiting for the pizza in the oven to talk. You literally get free time when you are? I'm waiting for dinner. Take the order first.

The food here is fine. But the woman behind the counter was rude. She did her best to ignore me, and it seemed like she had a problem with me. She was quick to help other customers so I don't understand, but she had a ton of nonverbal attitude and gave me bad appearance. I had to go back from my dormitory to get my order right (if checked).

It is always very busy, but they have always made my order ready and beautiful. I wish they had more options to order vegetarians on the website / mobile app.

Ordered food and store claimed the food left and was out for delivery meanwhile the Delivery place (Door Dash) was sending random texts on different drivers canceling pick up! Dinner on me and my card dispute!!!
