Contribuiți la feedbackI had high expectations for this restaurant, as it had received good reviews and was located next to the New Museum of Contemporary Art. However, I was disappointed when the glass of French chardonnay I ordered tasted like it had been open for too long and was not fresh. The waitress kindly replaced it with another type of white wine that was better. The menu was overwhelming for a quiet restaurant, and my hopes began to dwindle. Despite this, I decided to order the branzino, thinking it would be a safe choice. Unfortunately, the fish was old and unpleasant, even though it was presented beautifully on a plate with roasted tomatoes and potatoes. I would not return to this restaurant, but I must commend the waitress for her efforts to make the dining experience better.
The hostess appeared to be distracted and took a while to seat us, even though the restaurant was not busy. However, the servers made up for her behavior with their charming attitude. Unfortunately, there were inconsistencies in the dessert timing, with some arriving immediately and others taking 15 minutes. As the dining room filled up, the noise level became uncomfortably loud.
The food was tasty and the staff were friendly. However, it was my friend's birthday yesterday and I asked for a candle on her dessert, but they seemed to completely forget about it, which was quite disappointing.
I had great hopes for this restaurant... it seemed to have good reviews and it was next to the New Museum of Contemporary Art. The glass of the French Chardonnay tasted as if the bottle was open for a week and sat under the sink, which was ready to cook wine. The waitress brought me a glass of another kind of white wine, which was at least fresh and sufficient. The menu was too big for a busty restaurant and my heart dropped something. But I ordered the branzino I thought was a fresh and safe bet. Unfortunately, the fish was high... really old and out and sick. Daughter by presenting well on a beautiful plate with roasted tomatoes and potatoes. I'd never go back. However, the waitress was again gracious and could save everything she could to save the situation.
The hostess seemed distracted and could not put us quickly, although the restaurant is empty. Servers compensated for their setting. They were charming. But some desserts came immediately; others came 15 minutes later. After the dining room was half full, the noise became deaf.
