Pizza Hut - New Smyrna Beach

Lynn the server is great and on the ball !! I came in and seated myself. She was at my table with napkins and silverware within I'd say less than 5 minutes ! She noticed without me saying anything that I was getting my slices on the buffet from the pan pizza . She came to my table and let me know that a pan pizza was coming out soon ?. She refilled my water without me asking ? Lynn is a great asset to Pizza Hut ?

I ordered delivery a supreme Pizza Hut in crispy. There was nothing wrong with the delivery but my pizza was lukewarm. The crust was not crispy at all the toppings were very small could hardly recognized what they were I will never order Pizza Hut again what was that thinking and there's so much better choices.

The worst delivery experience I have ever had. I ordered two hours early through the app and at the delivery time it said that my food was still in the oven. If you call the number on the order, you get a regional call center who can't look up orders. So, they put you back on hold until you hang up. The food finally did arrive thirty minutes late.

We placed an order at 722 online it kept stating making your order with no updates or change in the status we finally called 853 got a message saying it was canceled and we got someone on line and they said oh something happened and we didn't do it, and no other info she is like I can put it in again if you still want it no explanation.

Love the choices and the cinnamon sticks are delish! Lynn is one of the best servers I've had in a while, especially in a buffet situation!
