Delish Frozen Yogurt Cafe - New Paltz

Pleasant staff, yummy froyo assortment of bubble teas.

Visited this ice cream shop this past weekend, wanted to try their acaia bowl.The lady at the front counter was a little rude , needs to be nicer to her customers and have more patience.The fruits used for our bowls weren't fresh ,except the banana.Bottom line customer service and the pruduct itself weren't good , got such a bad vibe there that I wouldn't give it another try.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went here for the first time today cause I saw that they had açaí bowls. I was super excited to try it. I had my children with me and as soon as we walked in it was super awkward. The blonde woman behind the counter was extremely rude. I was so uncomfortable. My kids where crying because unfortunately 4 year olds do not understand covid. She was yelling at my kids not to touch anything. It was awful I just wanted to walk out but they already had the ice cream in their cups. The açaí bowl was awful. Only fresh bananas on it with an overload of granola. When she rang me up she was rolling her eyes at me and then I had a $35 bill. Was not worth and and I will never go back.

Horrible business... I went in over the weekend. The woman im assuming she was the owner was very rude. If she doesn't want people without gloves touching the toppings bar maybe she should have pictures of the items available at the bar and serve people herself. DOES SHE NOT UNDERSTAND CROSS CONTAMINATION?????? While some one is touching the frozen yogart machine they could touch their phones or their face with the gloves then head over and touch the spoons to the toppings. Thats not safe nor is it sanitary. If you are going to be so cautious maybe just stick to hand sanitizer. Also you might want to try to be nicer to your customers since they are the ones that keep you in buiness. :

I had a bad experience yesterday at this place because the lady upfront that charged us charged us twice and she didn’t want to give us the receipt. She didn’t want to accept that she charged us twice and the reason why she didn’t want to give us the receipt was because she didn’t want me to know her name probably.
