Hermes - New Orleans

We couldn't do it in time for Antoine so we decided to have some drinks snacks for Hermes. The service was at the top. Food ordered was good.

Love holds from Hermès Bar. Bartender is beautiful and service was excellent. We had a glass of champagne and a vieux carré cocktail were both delicious. Bartender recommended to order the 2 2 2 oysters from the menu and includes 2 Rockefeller, 2 Chargrilled and 2 Bienville. So a great way to taste 3 different types! Always happy to stop from Hermès Bar!

Dear Hermes, go there as often as possible. The grilled oysters are stellar to drink together with a Sazerac or Sidecar for a wonderful start to every evening. The staff and the atmosphere are always top Notch.

We were looking for a place to have a drink and a few short bites while we walk around the neighborhood. The food we ordered from the menu was quite terrible. We haven't finished anything that says much since we've been hungry and drinking. These 3 stars to give, although on the positive side our server was super friendly and the drinks were decent. Stop for a drink, but save your food elsewhere.

Nice, historic bar with good drinks and atmosphere. Had appetizers only, which were very average at best.
