Chick-fil-a - New Orleans

Best Chick-fil-A ever!!! These guys are immediately polite and efficient! I can't say enough good things about her. You have always got my order right and the product is always fresh and delicious!!! I will be back again and again!!!

Order #6346993 we made a $240 catering order 2 days in advance, paid 2 days in advance... we show at 3:30 the specified time, let them know that we waited for catering order for my daughters' birthday, which began at 4, 29 minutes later they finally made a part of the order... they said it would take another 15 min to make the mac n cheese dishes as they forget. Asked for a refund only for the unmade mac, took the rest and left.. Do not order and pay 2 days in advance.then you have to wait 29 minutes for only partial quantity of our order.

My order was amazed at how fast the line moved. I was too late for an appointment. I ate the fried enroute-warme but limp... it gets worse... When I finished, even though I knew that my order would be cold, I was still curious. We have no chic fil a n da parish. I'm not sure who Jules is in the black truck, but he'll be disappointed with my order! So I got his order, was charged for it, because of food restrictions, the spicy chicken sandwich couldn't eat! Don't cover up, and now it's too late to call her. AAARRGGGHH!

Parking is anxious, the staff is rude, the lines are long and slow, they don't seem to have enough staff, but their staff problems are not mine and they should get orders faster and correct, they shouldn't even get them through order properly and as continue to blame me for their confusion and personaling problems and about me to eat 3 $ in the worst place in the area. I usually like girls Fila, not here food is terrible, over cooked and tastes like it sits around until long

I literally just left from there and the young lady that took my order and the young man that gave me my food were incredibly nice but the young man that took my payment handed me my drinks didn?t even try to reach them out to me when he seen me struggling to reach all the way to the window. When the young lady told him to reach out he told her don?t touch him and she said she was telling him to reach out because I was struggling he proceeded to say that he seen me, he didn?t think I heard him but I did then he walked somewhere else and another young man handed me my food. I don?t appreciate that type of behavior especially when I?m a customer and this is his job.
