Casey's General Store - New Haven

Just when you think you’re having a bad day, Caseys comes through. A broken windshield from the Berger tracks blew half my back glass out and had me begging for a re-do. Asked the counter jockey for some duct tape to fix it and they gave me not one but two full sized trash bags and a roll of gorilla tape from the tool crib. Fixed the glass for the moment and they threw in 4 free slices to send me on my way. Best gas station on the market!

What an absolute disappointment I’m not from the area and there are not any Casey’s in my area, so when I seen that I was passing by, I decided to stop in and get some of that delicious pizza, it’s 1045, pretty much lunchtime, I walk up to the counter where the pizza should be and they have two old nasty looking pieces of breakfast pizza sitting in the container, there is a girl behind the counter looking at her phone, I ask her if they have any pizza coming out soon and she said well, I can make a couple, but it will take about 15 minutes, so I put my soda back and I walk up to the front manager or whoever is working the register and I say I’m really disappointed that you guys don’t have any pizza ready, she gives me a dirty looking and And says, I guess I am too, who the hell is running the store, because people need to be fired. If you’re not gonna do your basic job and sit around on your phone while people are coming in wanting to give you money for product. Screw this place.

One cashier looks like he hasn't showed in days. The cappuccino machines are always empty.
