Hollywood Roadhouse - New Germany

I'm not sure what has happened to the food service, but it's quite disappointing. The menu doesn't match what is actually served, and the waiting staff is rude. My meal was not prepared as I requested. It used to be really good here, but the experience was so unpleasant that the waitress's rudeness led me to never return!

The menu items don’t match what you actually receive, the wait staff are rude, and the food isn’t cooked as requested. It used to be great, but my experience was so unpleasant, particularly with a very rude waitress, that I won’t be returning.
