Starbucks - New Castle County

The service has greatly improved and feel more welcomed entering. However, yes I can tell it’s a Blonde Americano instead of a Blonde Roast Veranda. Stop taking shortcuts.

What you get when asking for “extra whipped cream”… a whole cup of whipped cream . unbelievable

The only reasons I give 4 stars instead of 5 are accessibility issues. There is no drive thru at this Starbucks, which I'd be fine with except the steps going up to the door. Then, a step as soon as you open the door! I almost missed it, but thankfully, I didn't trip myself up. I don't feel too secure in going there by myself. I can imagine someone else who has a more challenging time with mobility issues never going to this one. I even asked my husband what he thought and whether I had overlooked any other entrance to get in...So it would have 5 stars based upon menu items and service but these accessibility factors are important to too many of us out here.

I just got a drink and the lady at the drive through window handed me my drink with the lid not even on it all the way, so I tried to take my first sip but then it spilled all over my outfit right before the parade. What a great way to start my day, not.

My staff LOVES this Starbucks. Bryan is the most pleasant and warm hearted worker ever. He makes my day every time I come in!
