Food is good, MOST of the time. But nothing is Consistent. Coleslaw changes. Cocktail sauce changes. Tartar sauce changes sometimes it's spicy sometimes it's mild you never know what you're going to get... And We HAVE NEVER ever have ever ever BEEN give the shrimp AND we've ordered the family plan EVERY TIME X 6 times Best of luck Food: 3 Service: 2

I was craving fish for dinner so decided to give this restaurant a try. They have a drive-thru. I was behind another gentleman for about 12 minutes before I got to pull up to the window. I was at the window for another 10 minutes. I have the time logged on my phone. I had ordered a five piece meal with French fries, hush puppies, and a medium drink. This cost me $14.68. I made it home before I discovered that they had not given me my drink because it had been a long day and my mind was in about 14 different places. When I called to speak to the manager all I was told was that they were not a fast food restaurant. I asked what he considered a reasonable time to be for a vehicle through their drive-thru and was told 10 minutes. I asked him if he agreed with me that over 20 minutes was ridiculous and he said yes. I told him it was not worth the return trip to have cold fish with a drink. He apologized and said that all he could do was have me come by tomorrow and give me a free drink. Once I opened my box of food, you can see the five very thin strips of fish I received. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Really great eating! I had the steakfingers and they weren't their typical cooler. they were handmade. my very picky daughter inhaled the burger and said it was one of the best she ever had. the riders were also very good. the water in the opposite (we experience the same water problem in texarkana) was not good. it tasted like pool water smell. we tried to drink the tee, but decided for soda. that is not the fault of the restaurant. I suspect that the people from the opposite of the taste of water do not notice, so I did not dock points for it. we'll come to dinner next time.
