Ignored me, didn't recognize my annoyance. the young man comes and she can I help them? I was wondering what I hacked leber? I'll wait here. not interested, testified. do not wait, wait or wear your own bags. I can't do that or can do my disabled man. After I realized that I am upset and angry now, I got a car from the back office and asked me to return it immediately. later, to find out that it’s helpful to help customers with bags? only one elevator, with a waiting line. really, don't they stay here again. customers earn polite help.

We had a wonderful stay at the New Bern Doubetree by Hilton! First and foremost the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is easy to navigate through as well! We had a nice room with a view of the marina. Most importantly, the bed was phenomenal! This can be a make or break for me. I had a bit of a thick head in the am, thanks to the hotel bar, but the comfy bed made for a pleasant morning! Would highly recommend this easy to get to, centralized hotel for anyone traveling to New Bern!

The ladies at the front desk were both very nice when we checked in and made us feel very welcome.The room was clean, but the balcony could use some attention.The room could use some maintenance, an electrical outlet was loose, carpet at the balcony door was coming up, the balcony door was difficult to open and close, sink handle was loose, nothing major.Bed was actually comfortable despite not being queen size as advertised. Bring your own pillow.The view is gorgeous, but bring chairs for the balcony as there are none provided. We enjoyed watching lots of ducks, fish jumping and boats riding by.The location is unbeatable, so close to everything! I would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is wonderful. You can walk to many shops and restaurants nearby. The view of the marina was enjoyable from our balcony as well. We got a suite as there were 5 of us and we were pleasantly surprised by the large accommodations! We’d definitely stay here again!

The room had a pretty strong odor as soon as we walked in, the carpet definitely needs replaced. The room was decent but a little surprised that there were no refrigerators in the rooms. We had asked for the room to be serviced (as it was offered during check in),daily during our stay and and did not receive this at all. We ran out of towels and wash cloths, trash was full with no place to empty it. The best part of the room was the view. We did enjoy the bar/restaurant and the breakfast. Just a little disappointed in the lack of service.
