Taco Bell - New Berlin

I have seen great improvements at this location. Service has become so much better, and the food has been much more fresh and well portioned. The team has been much more friendly and ive noticed a lot more effort made in serving the customer. I will say, however, I received a poor experience when going later at night, in this case 11:30pm. We made a mobile order and communicated that through the speaker, then received a mumbled response that we didn 't understand. We said, What? And didn 't receive a response, so we pulled forward. The lady was unhappy and opened the window and said she didn 't say we could pull forward and shut the window before we could say anything or even let us apologize. Maybe she was having a bad night, but it made us feel like a burden and was unprofessional. I plan on continuing to go here during the day but might consider going to the one on National by Home Depot for late night snacks.

So the negativity includes a consistent failing on the part of this completely inept restaurant, staffed by apparent High School dropouts and low IQ employees.They run out of food regularly. Rude to customers, regularly. Missing or poor quality food, regularly. Honestly, PepsiCo should re coup all payments made to the employees (if they even qualify for that term) for the past few years, it was wasted money.Any review you see here that's 5 stars is clearly a shill review, you can safely ignore the idiots posting those. They're not terribly bright. We need a negative thumb icon or a laugh icon for these shill posts or the ones that were written by people who clearly didn't really go to this location. SMH Fix that Google.Read the 0 stars or 1 star reviews. They're the most accurate concerning this location.Possibly one of the all time worst Fast Food restaurants I've ever seen or experienced. Bravo!Avoid this one and go to the West Allis location. Night and day differences. Someone should figure out a way to get this location closed forever. It's a waste of a space and should go to a far better franchise.And when it does (hopefully) inevitably close, salt the earth underneath the rubble. It's just THAT bad.

Finally! A Taco Bell that has a dining room that's actually open when it's supposed to be...and the dining room is clean...and the employees are attentive...they got my order right the first time...and made it promptly. Granted, these shouldn't be things to praise a restaurant over it should be the bare minimum of expectations. However, in this day age, especially for fast food (and maybe 3x so for Taco Bell), that's impressive. There's not much notable about New Berlin, but I'm glad they can be proud of their Taco Bell. Give these Saturday night employees a raise, you don't want to lose them.

Build your own cravings box was $5.99 at this location yesterday. Today, it is now $8.99. Taco Bell is out of it's mind with these price increases. This location in particular is the only one in the area that has higher prices. Never coming back to this location again because of that, and I used to come here at least 3 times a week for lunch.
