Contribuiți la feedbackA hidden gem. Lots of restaurant options in the area (including right next door) but Alexanders is the best.Being British, I’m something of a fish-n-chips snob. Alexanders’ fish-n-Chips is the best I’ve had.In short: Great food. Great service. Great prices. Three thumbs up.
Waitress was good. Chicken was rubbery.Maybe a teaspoon of red sauce on kebob and rice. Water had bad taste. Wife complained about taste. Busboy was visibly irritated and said “so what do you want me ,to do?” She asked for water no ice. Ran vacuum next to table while we were eating 1/2 hour before closing. Went to pay bill , owner woman asked how everything was , I answered “fair” She did not ask me to elaborate, presumed only one answer to that question was acceptable and she didn’t want to entertain any other. Went to get car to pick up my wife with mobility issues. In the meantime she had loudly confronted my wife . You can’t verbally beat customers into submission , or make them like your deficiencies in a highly competitive area. I have 45 years repairing ice machines , de -lime it wth acid, sanitize it with the appropriate chemical . Rinse it, clean the tubes on your fountain and change the water filter. Be more generous in sauces. Get the chip off your shoulder. After working twelve hours trying to avoid confrontation makes me more wise than a fool . But reaming my wife out is unacceptable. Avoid this place ,, when the business fails they will still be blaming the customers for it.

Such a clean restaurant with great food. Good homemade fresh food. Been three times and was impressed with the food and staff. Their turkey dinner was very good. Will be going back a lot.
Heard them talking about an employee leaving early because he was too emotional and that these kids these days are born weak. And saying it 's probably anxiety.You shouldn 't talk bad about your employees in front of your customers. It was awful behavior for a business to talk like that about people, let alone your own employees. Do better.
