Lunch with a huge disappointment. And then we complain that the food is bad outside, but here we don't really talk about it... Acidic wine and to sell it they add water and it already makes you understand where you are. Order two A'matriciane and they serve you pasta with sauce with the addition of bacon or who knows what, it was also acidic... And finally, after having had this whole experience without ever having seen a menu of prices and what they serve, you get a doubled bill of €40, we contest and they make us pay for two rods with sauce and a €20 water. It was better if I went to eat at the English pub, maybe they cook better than the Admiral...
Two thiefs made us pay 80 euros. He didn't show us any menu with prices. We took two carbonaras, two second courses, one tripe and one stew and two side dishes, one potato and one chicory. There was no written menu. At the checkout the owner asked me 80 euros. I was shocked. I came back, before ordering I asked the price of a first course and side dish, 20 euros per person he replied. Because he made me pay 80 last Saturday and I showed it receipt the thief's response you picked up the receipt on the street. We were the only ones, that Saturday, sitting outside. Too bad I didn't see the waitress who served us. The admiral thought we were tourists to be cheated. Other than that, a real admiral Thief
Spaghetti with porcini mushrooms and WORMS. I understand that it can happen with porcini mushrooms and that there are people who eat them (according to the owner) but it is not acceptable in a restaurant. We're not talking about two or three little worms but the plate was full and unfortunately I only noticed it at the end (I don't understand how whoever cut the mushroom and cooked it didn't notice). Despite this, the owner, with a decidedly questionable manner, continued to say that it is normal and does nothing. You eat the worms!! PS: He also made me pay for the dish with the worms. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Everyone has their own point of view and it must be respected, everyone can say they eat well, but this depends on what they eat at home and must be respected, one thing should not be respected: cleanliness. Given what in the dining room I can imagine the situation in the kitchen Dirty place, paper tablecloths brushed with hands and set up again, we 're not there. The mushrooms are not porcini but a sub-variety of the same family called in jargon porcinotti or silvi because the under cap is green and not brown.... not recommended....
