Zimbali's Mountain Cooking Studio

Zimbali is a fabulous place with an amazing atmosphere and great experience. chef chef alecia is a big cook and we can not wait to go back and stay for a few days to enjoy the full zimbali experience!

A unique experience, chef alecia puts on a great show and feeds them well. most meal times are vegetable with the entree that offers its choice of protein. the farm tour includes a walk on the mountain with a breathtaking view. eating is delicious. everything is carefully plated. we enjoyed all night African lights. highly recommended!

Alicia and her team at Zimbali do an outstanding job. Everything is incredibly fresh, and the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. I make it a point to visit this place every time I'm in Negril.

Truly awesome experience. The entire property is a vibe and the chef herself is the queen of it. I appreciate the use of home grown ingredients so much as well as the clarity in why each one is used together. The team that helped pull the meal together was celebrated as well and super helpful. 10/10 recommend

What a great experience! eating is very good and authentic Jamaican. the environment is very cold and it is easy to socialize with everyone. the road is a bit rough to get the hill up and down, but the whole thing is worth meeting. I'm glad we made it and I'm happy to visit again.
