Mario Peixe - Nazare

Simple and very traditional restaurant in marine/fisherman style. The place is quite small inside, nevertheless they manage to cram many people inside. It was totally full at 9pm on Tuesday and there were quite many locals. It is very simple affair, nothing fancy, just delicious and fresh fish, with good service and very reasonable prices (7-12 EUR). One of the best meals during my recent trip in Portugal. Highly recommended.

We visited the restaurant 3 times during our 10 days stay in Portugal and every time we were very pleased with quality of food. We eaten sea bass, horse mackerel,cod Every time we had starter, bottle of wine and desert. Average price for 3 people was around 60euros.

Reasonably priced tasty and fresh fish dinners and a quiet street out front for the children to play in. The chips and fish were delicious and the waiter was very friendly.

As always the most delicious foodwr have ever eaten! the owners are so friendly and nice, service is perfect and eating. great is to say less! every time we are in nazare, we visit this place daily because it is really worth it!
