I just got my order of beef and broccoli. It was a half container. I politely called and said my large container is only half full. My answer. That's normal. I said I usually order from New Moon and always get a full container. They said we're not New Moon good bye. Order from New Moon. Not theses rude cheap people. New Moon is under renovation but will be open soon. Shame on this restaurant. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR TOWARD A polite customer .

I order from this place at least every week for the super meal which runs about $60 delivered to my house today I decided to order and requested a bottle of Coca-Cola for that is part of my order. When I received my order they decided to give me ginger ale And many different food items that I did not order as if they kind of bunch stuff together on their own. When I called to ask what happened the woman who answered, decided to argue with me and tell me the soda I paid for was free and not to complain because they’re busy First of all terrible customer service will never order from here again I spend $60 a week ordering from you. And over a $2 bottle of soda and your condescending attitude I will never order again I can see why you guys have a 3.5 star rating

The restaurant is really amazing, from the staff working there to the amazing customer service, it’s all great, not to mention the food is amazing especially from the fried rice and boneless spare ribs, to the egg drop soup it’s all great, to the workers there great job and keep up the amazing work.Parking: The parking is great genuinely, lots of space for big and small vehicles.Kid-friendliness: The kid friendliness is off the chart, great for kids of all ages.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy, the main door way is just the right size for a standard wheelchair to fit through.

Oh my god the food here is to die for, its so good its not even funny, i love the Pork Chow Mein its so good oh my god

I recently moved into Naugatuck and I chose Chinatown Kitchen as a quick restaurant to go to if I’m craving Chinese food. So far I had no negative experiences with anything, the prices are quite fair, and delivery is quick. Pickup is also really quick, and when it is busy, the food still arrives hot. Love it. ?
