Toyama Japanese Steak House - Nashville

Great hibachi. Lots of flame, onion volcano, rice tossing.

Toyama is good Hibachi restaurant. If you been to Hibachi before then you know your experience is 100% based on your cook. 1 of the side dishes I got was the cowboy sushi roll. It had the potential to be good but the steak on top of it was barely even seared so the some pieces were completely raw. I actually recommend trying it but definitely tell them you want the steak cooked to the correct temp. Other than this one single issue my dining experience was good.

Yes there’s very good hibachi here, but what I love is the sushi- fresh fish, good variety, and good prices compared to spots in the area. The people who work there treat you like family and are so friendly.

Everything was delicious, went her for a friends birthday . I will visit again !
