I have wanted to go here for a very long time, and it was so worth the wait!! The food was out of this world and the atmosphere was so exciting and our 19 month old enjoyed it so much, but we may have enjoyed it more lol. The thunderstorm atmosphere that happens while you're in there and just like being in a rainforest was just really cool. The seafood sampler was cooked so good and the pineapple sauce was amazing. The appetizer sampler was so mouthwatering. I just enjoyed every little bit of it!!!! If you haven't been here before you absolutely must try it!!
This seems like a more adult geared Chuck E. Cheese complete with animatronics. This place is huge which might be part of the problem. Some of the staff seemed overwhelmed. We were seated for nearly 20 minutes before our server greeted us and offered us a drink. My wife and I really liked our server. She was really nice. First time visit so we went all in and got a couple of the light up cups. I ordered a Blood orange lemonade, and my wife had the watermelon lemonade. Not bad but it's 14 dollars which is mostly due to the fancy cup with a light up logo on the bottom. My lemonade was gone pretty quickly but our server didn't come back for a while. My wife offered up her beverage. I took a drink and got a mouth full of watermelon syrup. They just take Minute Maid Lemonade and add flavored syrup to it. Lots of restaurants do this, but if you don't mix it well, you're sucking syrup. Server returns. Apparently, my lemonade comes with 1 free refill. We got those and ordered the Korean chicken wraps to start. Not bad. The sauce has a nice flavor. Python chicken pasta and Mojo bones for our entrees. Pasta is a bit bland. Ribs looked stunning, but they were slightly overcooked. A bit mushy when you bite them, but the sauce was good. The fries they served were really good. Slaw was just okay. 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 2 entrees ran us 100 dollars before the tip. We would get better service and cheaper, comparable food at Chili's. It's fun for an experience, and kids were really enjoying the gift shop and the thunderstorms and animals. I loved the aquariums. The staff had 4 separate birthday celebrations while we were there. So maybe visit on a special occasion and bring your kids. Restrooms were clean. It's okay, but not a place I'd regularly dine. If you're going to charge fine dining prices, the service definitely needs to be improved a bit.
More of a kid friendly experience but prices for meals is a little on the high side.
The food and service was great, but the girl out front was not friendly and wasn't in the present, I was standing right at the booth where she was and wasn't acknowledged until I said something, as though I wasn't there, not a good front person at all, I have been here before and was never treated this way, but we did have a great meal and a good time, our two year old was frighten at first, but soon enjoyed everything
